There was professional staff and the service was very good! Appreciated staying at the tastefully decorated and nice modern deluxe room with non-functioning aircon. Lots of food for breakfast, which was amazing to satisfy everyone. We had a very very good experience.

I loved the fine canal views from my room with a magical ambiance both day and night. The breakfast buffet was a good highlight, with a wide selection of tastes that catered to everyone, including local jams and sparkling wine. The stylish dining area.

It's a good looking hotel and very well placed. The view from the room is very nice. We can see the canals of Aveiro and there are lots of restaurants nearby.
The hotel is located nearby the bars. At night there is too much noise. The breakfast is very poor for a 4 star hotel.

We can not fault the hotel staff, who went out of their way to ensure our stay was great (paying parking fines, organising private cars). The hotel is in an ideal location, overlooking the main canal in Aveiro with the main square (restaurants/bars) two blocks behind. Overall, the standard at the hotel is excellent.

Charming hotel, spacious room with large windows, and a good breakfast with a variety of meats, cheeses, and pastries complemented by a glass of wine upon arrival.

perfect location just on the river,good brekfast,polite staff,clean room
the aircondition did not work,during july, so we had to open the windouse,but the noise from street was terible-cars and people-so was not posible to sleep
